Pretty flexible, honestly. Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. Within 48 hours, we'll charge for one night but refund the rest. Plans change, we get it – just give us a heads up when you can.

Absolutely! We're huge dog people here. There's a small pet fee of $35 per night, and we've got designated pet-friendly rooms. Just let us know when booking so we can set you up in the right spot. We've even got treats at the front desk!

We're about a 10-minute drive from Whistler Blackcomb's main lifts. Not ski-in/ski-out, but we run a free shuttle every morning starting at 7am and bring folks back throughout the day. Plus being a bit removed means you get the mountain views without the village chaos.

Yeah, we'd recommend it, especially on weekends and holidays. Our spa's pretty popular and slots fill up quick. You can book when you reserve your room or call us anytime. Walk-ins are welcome too, but you might end up waiting or have limited options.

Every room comes with complimentary breakfast at our restaurant, free WiFi that actually works, parking, access to our outdoor hot tubs, and use of the fitness center. You'll also get plush robes, premium toiletries, and a minibar stocked with local BC goodies (that part's not free, but it's worth it).

For sure! Our concierge team's got connections all over Whistler. Whether it's guided hikes, mountain biking, ziplines, or even helicopter tours, we can set it up. Just give us a shout before you arrive or swing by the desk when you get here. We know all the good spots.

Most of the year, nope – stay one night if that's all you need. During peak ski season (late December through March) and long weekends, we do have a 2-night minimum. Holiday periods like Christmas week might require 3-4 nights. Best to check when you're booking.

Check-in's at 4pm, check-out's at 11am. Need to arrive early or leave late? We'll do our best to accommodate – sometimes we can swing an early check-in if the room's ready, and late checkout depends on how booked we are. Never hurts to ask! We'll always store your bags if needed.
